1. The trail of the hermits Duration: 4 hours and half (one way only).
Difference in level: mini.: 33 m - maxi: 630 m
Difficulty: quite well indicated, for everybody
2. San Bartolomeo Duration: 4 hours approx.
Difference of level: mini.: 33 m - maxi.: 431 m
Difficulty: steep uphill, long downhill walk, for trained trekkers.
3. The Pomonte valley Duration: 5 hours approx.
Difference of level: mini.: 32 m - maxi.: 631 m
Difficoltà: trail not very well indicated, sometimes obstructed by the vegetation.
4. Ai magazzini del Capo Tempo di percorrenza: 3 ore circa.
Dislivello: quota minima 20 m - quota massima 340 m
Difficoltà: l'itinerario non presenta dislivelli impegnativi;
nella parte piùalta, il sentiero risulta a tratti nascosto
dalla vegetazione ed occorre fare molta attenzione a
non perderlo.
